The location was unbeatable for Torver, adjacent to the garden, the pub and Coniston. My king room with free standing copper bath, comfy bed, for example was exceptional.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were unattentive.

The stay was quite cozy and enjoyable, especially after a long day of exploring nearby walking trails. The dinner was perfectly cooked, and the atmosphere in the pub was warm and inviting. I did notice a minor distraction from some noise coming from the pub below, but it didn't overshadow the overall experience.

A Relaxing Business Trip Experience at The Wilson Arms
During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at the Wilson Arms, a choice made by my director that turned out to be fantastic. The authentic Kirami wood-fired hot tub overlooking the majestic Old Man was a definite highlight. After a long day of meetings, being able to unwind by the roaring fire pit while dinner was sizzling away on the BBQ was pure bliss. The shepherd's hut we stayed in was cozy and well-appointed, making it feel like a home away from home. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with ample choices that set me up for a productive day.
Misleading accommodation description.

The proximity to surrounding attractions made it easy to explore the local culture, while the bathroom was both functional and stylish. I especially enjoyed the little touches, such as the wood-burning fire, which added warmth and intimacy to my evenings.
I did notice a slight inconvenience: the lack of additional seating in the room. While the upright chair was practical, it would have been nice to have another option for relaxing comfortably after a long day of exploring.

Recommend it for the adventurous couple
The location is perfect. The waterfall shower is lovely and the bread & milk provided on arrival was a nice touch.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

We explored the fine countryside and stopped by fantastic local spots. The atmosphere was great, and we loved sitting outside with a cold beer. Be sure to check the breakfast hours if you're early risers-brekkie was delicious! Highly recommend making time for the outdoor seating area.
We did encounter a minor hiccup. The lack of privacy near the hot tub was a bit of a bummer since the pub's beer garden was so close. It would be nice to have adjustments for a more private experience.
